Maupin Grade School is located in the small town of Maupin,Oregon. The school was originally built in 1909, and it was just the building where the district offices are now. The gym was later added as an attachment to that building in 1930. The 4th, 5th, and 6th grade building was built in 1955. In 1977, the office and primary grades building was built. Maupin Grade School receives kids from all of the surrounding areas such as Pine Grove, Shaniko, Tygh Valley, Bakeoven, Wamic, and many places in between. The School consists of grades K-6. Mr. Richmond is the principal and the superintendent is Mr.Rinearson.
