each year. The advrage is less that 11 inches of
precepitation each year. Elevation of 750 feet keeps winters
mild. Keep"snow days rarley."Other communities in the
district are at higher elevation and do get more snow and
cooler tempratures. Weather in the winter is cooler in the
willatmette Valley and in the summer it is usually warmer
and drier.
