State Championship Awards Assembly at 8:30 this morning! Everyone is welcome to attend! Go Redsides!
Redsides win State! The South Wasco boys won the 6- Man State Title tonight, defeating the Joseph Eagles in a great game by a 19-6 score. The game was knotted at 6 at half-time, the Redsides scored two fourth quarter touchdowns while the “Big Green Wall” held the Eagles on a goal line stand at the end of the half and scoreless in the second half. What a great game! Our boys showed tremendous heart and toughness. Coaches Waine and Carter also did a tremendous job having the boys prepared and ready to play. Congratulations! Go Redsides!

The Redsides football team ran over the Lakers from Triangle Lake in 6-Man football playoff action, winning 57-20 at Sherman County. The boys will play Joseph at Madras next Saturday, November 2 at 7:00 p.m. for the 6 man title. Go Redsides!
The Lady Redsides split a couple matches in today’s Big Sky District Volleyball Tournament, beating Dufur and losing to Echo in the final to finish second in the tourney. The Lady Redsides will host Wallowa this Wednesday November 30, time TBA. Go Redsides!

South Wasco County schools is still looking for more members to serve on the Bond Committee which will meet once monthly beginning Oct. 23rd at 5:00. Call the District office for more details.

Open House Parent Night is this Friday, Sept 27th. Progress Check Time is Here! We will no longer be mailing home Jr/Sr High School Progress Checks. Just look at your Parent/Student Portals and you will see the latest posted grades anytime you want!

School Registration Deadline ~ August 30th is the deadline for registering your students for the new school year. A new email message is going out again to invite you to the Parent Portal so you can register your students on-line. We need to have this done before your students start school on September 3rd. Call or come to either the Grade School (541-395-2665) or Jr/Sr High Offices (541-395-2225) if you have any questions or problems.
Online Registration is in full swing. An email was sent out to the address we have on file. There is a time limit on the link in that email. If it has expired then please go to www.swasco.net click on the parent portal button. Username is your full email. Click on forgot pass.
Good News! We have online registration! It is live and active and you can register your students at any time! Remember, if you have any questions please call the GS Office @ 541-395-2665 or the HS Office @ 541-395-2225 during business hours and we would be happy to answer them. If you want to register online in person, please come in to either Grade School or Jr/Sr High School Office on Tuesday, August 20th from 9am-4pm
In the next couple of days we are testing and debugging the new online registration system for the 2019-2020 school year. More info will follow in a few days (if not sooner).
