
High School Focus Friday for scheduled students is cancelled for tomorrow 2/19/21 due to the road conditions. Tomorrow will be a distance learning day for all students.

Today, Thursday February 11, 2021, will be a distance learning day for K-12th grades due to inclement weather. All in-school learning or activities scheduled for today are cancelled.

Today is a K-12 Distance Learning Day, Monday January 25th due to icy roads and snowy conditions. Please check in with your teachers via zoom and google classroom to get your assignments for today.

All District facilities will be closed beginning Monday, March 16. Track practices are cancelled as are open gyms, shoot arounds, and all other activities in District property.
We are not going to implement Digital Days for HIgh School students as this is a state-wide closure.

The Lady Redsides made a road trip to the University of Oregon to watch the final home game of the regular season. The Ducks were victorious over Washington and we were treated to a very nice ceremony honoring Oregon’s Seniors. All in all, a great day!

The Lady Redsides played a good game, but in the end lost by a 69-52 score to Country Christian. We’re proud of our Lady Redsides, great season Ladies!

Redsides win State!
The South Wasco boys won the 6- Man State Title tonight, defeating the Joseph Eagles in a great game by a 19-6 score. The game was knotted at 6 at half-time, the Redsides scored two fourth quarter touchdowns while the “Big Green Wall” held the Eagles on a goal line stand at the end of the half and scoreless in the second half. What a great game! Our boys showed tremendous heart and toughness. Coaches Waine and Carter also did a tremendous job having the boys prepared and ready to play.

School Registration Deadline ~ August 30th is the deadline for registering your students for the new school year. A new email message is going out again to invite you to the Parent Portal so you can register your students on-line. We need to have this done before your students start school on September 3rd. Call or come to either the Grade School (541-395-2665) or Jr/Sr High Offices (541-395-2225) if you have any questions or problems.

Online Registration is in full swing. An email was sent out to the address we have on file. There is a time limit on the link in that email. If it has expired then please go to www.swasco.net click on the parent portal button. Username is your full email. Click on forgot pass.

Good News! We have online registration! It is live and active and you can register your students at any time! Remember, if you have any questions please call the GS Office @ 541-395-2665 or the HS Office @ 541-395-2225 during business hours and we would be happy to answer them. If you want to register online in person, please come in to either Grade School or Jr/Sr High School Office on Tuesday, August 20th from 9am-4pm

In the next couple of days we are testing and debugging the new online registration system for the 2019-2020 school year. More info will follow in a few days (if not sooner).
